Here’s Why Spray Tanning is Perfect for This Time of the Year

Tan Woman with Blue Eyes Laying DownIt is no secret that weekend plans in Las Vegas require flawless tans. Luckily, Las Vegas Bronzed can provide you with a stunning spray tan whenever you need it.

Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning believes that life is better when you’re bronzed, and as the temperatures start to drop, consider getting a spray tan.

Here’s why:

It’s a Safe and Fast Way to Get Bronzed

If you want to cut back on your time in the tanning bed, our spray tan technology applies a perfect sunless tan every time, quickly and safely. While we all love soaking up the sun, it is important to be cautious of how much time we spend doing so. Getting a spray tan is a safe and easy way to get bronzed, especially if you’re short on time!

Maintain a Natural Color

Many of us look our best in the summer when we have more time to spend at the tanning bed and can soak up the sun as desired. In summer, our natural color shines. However, don’t think that bronzed glow must go away just because the sun has: spray tanning is a guaranteed method of maintaining that natural color all through the seasons. Plus, when schedules pick up throughout the holiday season, it’s a fast way to get tan. Not to mention that it’ll keep your skin moisturized in the drier months, keeping it healthy and happy.

 It’ll Keep You Feeling Good

As the colder months approach, the weather gets darker, the rain moves in, and the days feel shorter. Unfortunately, our bodies often reflect it, namely in how our skin looks, but not with a spray tan. By boosting your physical and mental well-being to sport a natural glow with a spray tan, you’ll feel your best all year long. Who says summer has to end?

Benefits of Indoor Tanning

Benefits of Indoor Tanning As the sweltering temperatures in Las Vegas rise, you need an alternative option for getting your tan on. Looking for a healthier option than laying out in the heat of the sun? Consider indoor tanning.

Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning has highlighted a variety of different benefits that indoor tanning offers to both men and women alike.

Get Your Daily Dose of Vitamin D

Skip the pharmaceutical vitamins and instead obtain your recommended dose of vitamin D through indoor tanning. Your body produces vitamin D by absorbing UV rays and converting them into the vitamin which helps the body absorb calcium. Vitamin D can prevent high blood pressure, some cancers, fibromyalgia, arthritis, osteoporosis, and more.

Combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) to help your mind fight off frustrating depression and crippling anxiety. Laying in the warmth of a tanning bed soothes your soul leading to a happier you.

Revitalize Your Skin

Indoor tanning helps revitalize your skin in many ways. Tanning dries the oils on your body, producing positive effects for those with acne, eczema, or psoriasis. These conditions respond well to UV light, as it reduces oils and soothes dry skin. The darker skin you achieve through tanning also helps darken yellowed skin caused by jaundice.

Use as a Weight-loss Tool

Exposure to UV light through indoor tanning increases your body’s metabolism. By improving the action of your thyroid gland, your metabolism speeds up and allows you to burn more calories. Creating a calorie deficit helps you to lose or maintain weight as needed. Diet and weight loss plans require motivation and strength; you need to be strong to stick to them. Indoor tanning increases your mood, which in turn helps you stay away from high-calorie comfort foods that thwart your diet goals. In addition, you will fight off the effects of an underactive thyroid such as fatigue.

Come experience these wonderful benefits of indoor tanning at Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning, offering state-of-the-art tanning beds in pristine condition.

Understanding Red Light Therapy

Understanding How Red Light Therapy WorksOur newest edition to the Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning Salon is our red light therapy and tanning treatment. This treatment has the potential to do so many wonderful things for the body.

With stellar healing capabilities and valued benefits, red light therapy is a restorative method used by many for treating health conditions.

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy uses wavelengths of light to treat skin in various ways, penetrating about 8 to 10 millimeters into the skin and affecting “all skin layers, reaching into blood vessels, lymph pathways, nerves, and hair follicles.”

Red light therapy is known as many other names, including low-level light therapy (LLLT), biostimulation, and photobiomodulation (PBM). This type of therapy impacts cells on the cellular level and increases mitochondrial function and the production of ATP, feeding your cells to increase energy.

When did red therapy arrive on the scene?

Red light therapy is far from a new concept; people have been working on using red light as a form of treatment for over a century.

Niels Ryberg Finsen used ultraviolet light to treat lupus back in 1903, while in the 1960s physician Endre Mester unintentionally discovered how red light enhances hair growth and speeds up wound healing. Now, red light therapy includes far more benefits with new discoveries and blossoming trends in using the method for healing.

What are some benefits of red light therapy?

Many doctors are now referring patients to us for the purpose of receiving red light therapy and we have witnessed some amazing results. We have seen acne eliminated and complexions cleared. Psoriasis dermatologists are suggesting red light therapy to calm down flare ups and clear up patches of dry skin.

Red light therapy includes countless benefits and proves useful for many types of health and beauty ailments. This therapy reduces painful side effects caused by chemotherapy or radiation in cancer patients and treats symptoms of arthritis.

Red light therapy can reduce depression, increase self-confidence and help to eliminate fatigue. It can help to improve skin tone and texture and reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and hair loss, or use red light therapy for wound healing and tissue repair. Other benefits of red light therapy include reduction of joint stiffness and inflammation, relief from muscle spasms, and improved blood flow.

Come to Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning for some curative red light healing and substantial benefits. Backed by research including some by NASA, our Red Light Therapy and Tanning in Las Vegas is ready for you.

What to Avoid After an Airbrush Tan

What to Avoid After an Airbrush Tan Believe it or not, the holiday season is getting closer and it’s time to start thinking about how you want to look when they arrive. If you’re hoping to have golden bronzed skin for the holiday season, you might be considering a spray tan.

If you are planning to get an airbrush tan for the holiday season, make sure you avoid doing certain things that can make them fade quickly.

Avoid Shower and Shaving

Obviously you’ll need to shower after getting airbrushed, but spending a lengthy amount of time in water can contribute to fading. Exfoliating and shaving can also result in a faded airbrush tan, because razors and loofahs rub the surface of your skin diminishing the tans. We suggest waiting at least 10 to 12 hours before showering for best results.

Avoid Scented Products

Although you might love using scented products, do your best to avoid them after getting airbrushed. Sweet smelling holiday scented products might be tempting, but to achieve that smell, those products are full of chemicals. Consider using unscented soaps and lotions instead which tend to be more natural and softer on skin overall.

Avoid Excessive Perspiration

We understand that fitness is important, but after getting airbrushed, you’ll want to cut back on working out for at least 12 hours after. Sweating can wear off the product, not to mention, you also have to avoid showering which is hard to do if you’ve been working out.  If abstaining from physical activity is not an option, use a gradual tanner between sessions to extend your tan.

Las Vegas Bronzed Tanning is your home for all things spray tan-related. Las Vegas Bronzed uses airbrush tanning applied by professional spray technicians to give you a deep, natural-looking tan in one visit.
